This 41 year old underwent prior breast augmentation elsewhere. She complained that her breasts were misshapen and droopy, with enlarged areolas and an excessive distance between the breasts. Her implants were exchanged. Capsulectomies were performed to remove scar tissue and improve breast shape, also narrowing the intermammary distance (space between the breasts). A concentric mastopexy (breast lift) was added to eliminate the drooping and narrow the areolas. The small wrinkles around the areolas smooth out with time.

36 year old female with previous 320cc saline implants filled to 350cc's. She requested an implant exchange with gel implants to make her one cup size larger. She had Allergan Inspira 445 SRX smooth round gel implants placed through a breast fold incision and under the muscle. She went from a 36B to a 36C cup. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 130lbs. She has one child.

She wanted Dr. Eric Schaffer to remove  her old saline implants  and replace them with larger ones to achieve more fullness and to better match her body shape.  The original implants were filled to 350 cc's and were replaced with Mentor smooth round moderate plus  implants filled to 540 cc's using her original incision site.

38 year old woman who had breast augmentation 12 years ago with another surgeon. Performed breast implant exchange with 415cc Sientra Implants and revisional surgery of breast pocket.

This 30 year old mother of 2 has been pregnant 4 times. She is 5'6 tall and weighs 125 pounds. She had a breast lift 6 years previously and a breast augmentation 4 years prior. Her implants at that time were: round, textured, 385cc high profile, regular cohesive silicone implants. She had a very nice result but presented requesting to be bigger, (as big as she can be), new implants perkier, (placed up and in), and also try to have less visible rippling. These requests are all very challenging because she is thin, does not have much soft tissue to hide the implants, and is small framed. We decided to use ultra high profile, smooth, highly cohesive silicone gel implants 700cc placed below the muscle. Her post operative photos are from two years after, showing how the result has been maintained.
