    This 24-year old lady was interested in breast reduction - she felt her breasts were out of proportion to her petite frame and felt very awkward about them. She underwent a supermodel pedicle keyhole pattern breast reduction - to reduce breast volume, elevate position of the nipples and reduce areolar diameter.
