This patient underwent breast reduction and breast lift procedure. We utilized an anchor-shaped incision, which is the most commonly used incision when doing a larger-volume reduction and lift. This incision encircles the areola, descends in a straight line, then curves along the underside of the breast to form the shape of an anchor. We removed the excess breast tissue, which reduces the weight and volume of the breast. Then we removed the excess skin, which results in a lifting and tightening of the breast.
