This 37 year old woman is 5'3 tall and weighs 150 pounds. She enjoys frequent weightlifting; which was a significant factor in her deciding to have her implants placed above the muscle, (sub-glandular/sub-fascial). This young woman with minimal breast development requested a modest, natural augmentation. Much improved shape, fullness and cleavage were obtained using 300cc silicone implants.

During surgery, I placed Sientra 355cc smooth round moderate-plus profil cohesive silicone gel implants under the chest muscles (dual plane) via under the breast crease incisions.
