25-34 year old woman treated with Breast Reduction

    This is a 26 year old patient who was very embarrassed by her extremely large breasts. They were also quite symptomatic causing her some strain of the neck and back. She desired to be a "C" cup when finished. During breast reduction surgery we removed 430grams from the right breast and 380 grams from the left breast.
