    41 year old mother of one child by C-section. 4'11" and 135 lbs. 34D. Requested a mommy maker. We performed a wise pattern mastopexy, abdominoplasty with liposuction to the hips to sculpt her waistline and liposuction to her medial thighs and knees. We removed 670 grams (1.5 lbs) of skin and fat from her abdomen, 2200cc's from her hips and 1900 cc's from her inner thighs and knees. Her post-op photos are at 6 months.
