    This is a 25 year-old mother of 4 who wanted to regain the shape she had prior to childbearing. Although she was quite fit, her breasts were small and relaxed, and her abdomen had loose skin and muscle. She underwent a mommy makeover consisting of a tummy tuck and augmentation with a vertical mastopexy (breast lift). Her implants are round, high-profile, silicone with a volume of 550 cc on the right and 600 cc on the left. The patient was a B cup prior to surgery and she is now a D. She is 5'4" and 140 lbs, and her photos were taken 4 months after surgery.
