Woman treated with Breast Augmentation

20 year old female who elected to undergo breast augmentation with Saline Implants.  Patient wanted to be larger than her base diameter in order to get her desired outcome of 350 cc.  A  290 cc   mentor high profile implant was placed on the right and filled to 330 cc with normal saline. The explantation is a surgery, mainly reconstructive, with aesthetic goals (in our patients). It allows immediate aesthetic reconstruction with the patient's own tissue. It is almost always painless, the scar is L-shaped. The cleavage area is scar-free and the aesthetic result is adequate, stable and consistent. The anatomical shape and the projection of the neckline is independent to the volume even if the tissue is too much or too little due to the BRALAN Technique.
