Im 22 and have a pretty thin and long face despite being nearly overweight: high and wide forehead and long and wide jaw as well as pointy chin. My face is like a long rectangle. Id like to soften as well as shorten and widen my face as Id like a more feminine look. Ive considered facial fat transferring but am scared my face will not keep the fat. Would simply reducing my jaw and chin create better proportions or would that make my face look even thinner? I also want to fix smile lines.
I have an elongated face; was wondering whether I have long face syndrome though? If not would my face appear more balanced with some kind of cheek enhancement? I noticed they appear a bit flat when not smiling, and when smiling low/gives poor proportion relative to the eyes?
Hi, I have recently had double jaw surgery to fix my bit and lip closure. I also had my chin slightly moved forward during this same surgery. My lips now close properly but I still feel like my face looks really odd, especially my midface. It seems unusually long and flat. My eyes also look quite dead. I often feel subhuman and I am seriously wondering if I have long face syndrome. What could realistically be done about this? I just want to feel like a normal person. I hope someone can help
I have a long and thin face and some times my cheek get sunk inside.i am thinking of fat fillers or cheek transplant.can you tell me that i need a correction in my jaw line(to make it look wider).what you suggest?
What can I do to make my face look wider and more symetrical with a straighter jaw line. I feel like my jaw line points downwards and my cheecks are flat making my face look less youthful. Ive had a rhinoplasty which imo wasn't tge greatest and my bridge/nostrils and tip are still too wide. I was thinking cheeck injections or implants along with chin grafting and fillers on the jawline for a more square appearance. Id love some advice.
I have long face & flat cheeks. My nose is not lifted/structured which make my mid face look more downward. My lips looks like they are located more near my to chin. Then there are excess fat below my bottom lip.My double chin makes my jawline look not define & face longer.I am not sure what surgery/treatment I should do that will also be cost effective.I know you can do a lot with fillers but fillers are temporary which makes it more expensive.I am underweight so loosing weight is not an option
Always have had a hard time breathing through my nose resulting in me being a chronic mouth breather which I believe has contributed to how my face looks as an adult. I want surgery to give myself a more 'defined' face and fix the asymmetry problems that I face.
My face is long, so I want to have a chin reduction to shorten it and cheek implants to make my face wider. I want to achieve more of a heart shaped face. What type of cheek implants are best to achieve this effect? I'm not really interested in fillers because they're not permanent so there's no point. I attached a before/after of myself that's photoshopped. I shortened and narrow my chin + made my cheeks a bit wider. What could be done to achieve the look I'm going for?
