Hello, thank you for your question. The best way to address would be with volume correction , either using facial fillers or your own fat. Neither correction is permanent, but fat grafting can last much longer. Most patients typically require more than one transfer to achieve correction due to partial loss of graft material. Facial fillers are somewhat less invasive and correction can usually be accomplished in one sitting. Discuss your desired results with an experienced surgeon to determine what is the best option for you.

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. The photographs demonstrate a flat mid face, and a recessive chin profile. Consider placement of a chin implant to augment the chin forward for better facial balance and proportions, especially from the side profile. The chin implant placement itself will add additional width to your chin from the front profile. Placement of cheek implants augment the mid--face and are placed through intraoral approach. Both procedures can be performed under a brief general anesthesia as an outpatient procedure.

Your growth pattern is quite vertical; meaning a long thin face with shallow cheeks/midface. The slope of the lower jaw makes the face look long and the chin does not project due to this issue. Consider cheek implants if you wish to focus on the middle face. it will make the contours much more full.
