Why is my face so unusual looking? Do I have long face syndrome? (Photo)

Hi, I have recently had double jaw surgery to fix my bit and lip closure. I also had my chin slightly moved forward during this same surgery. My lips now close properly but I still feel like my face looks really odd, especially my midface. It seems unusually long and flat. My eyes also look quite dead. I often feel subhuman and I am seriously wondering if I have long face syndrome. What could realistically be done about this? I just want to feel like a normal person. I hope someone can help

Facial asymmetry is common, with one side of the face having the appearance of less volume due to bony differences. The use of filler augmentation can aid in balancing symmetry. Discussion with a treating provider including an in office examination is recommended.
