doctor said blood is too thick to aspirate . told me to wait it out .. I'm afraid that my breast is going to get deformed.. and will the hematoma come out on its own .. I feel it pretty big like a tangerine right below my nipple and it hurts..
It has now been 6 weeks since my breast reduction. I'm a fan of bio oil and would like to hear from a professional when I can begin to apply the oil on my scars? And is bio oil the best treatment for scars or is it silicone strips/ micropore tape? Thank you for your time.
I am 6 weeks post op and I have one of my breast that are smaller than the other. I have let my PS know of this and they advised me to wait until 3 months then we can talk about revisions. I prefer the bigger breast than the smaller one. What you advise to be done in this case? Implants? Fat transfer? I do not want lipo from the bigger side as I like that size much more than the smaller one. What causes the breast to be asymmetrical?
I had a breast reduction/lift on November 21, 2018. I started using vitamin e oil to massage the scars and silicone scar gel. I recently started using silicone strips, now moving on to silicone tape. I just want reassurance or confirmation as to why this part under my nipple is getting darker b/c this part was normal the first month. Should I start using some type of skin fading treatment or any other type of scar medicine that isnt tape or any of the above that I have already used?
So Im about 5 weeks post breast lift and reduction, and of course I have stitching all around my nipples as well as down the breast underneath in the form of a G. I was instructed to put new tape after showering when Im dry. However, I came across a small hole like shape with some (a bit) of pussing coming out of it, directly under my nipple along the stitches. What do I do about it? Should I apply something to it? Should I still put my surgical tape over it or let it dry first?? Let me know:)
I had breast reduction 6 weeks ago! But unfortunately I've developed some bad wounds! They leak daily & I still have to cover them with dressings! I showed it to my Surgeon last week as I was worried about infection, but he said its not a problem & should heal up! The discharge is not smelly and I'm feeling perfectly fine! I don't have fever & my breasts aren't so painful! I only have slight pain & irritation at the wound sites! I still am really concerned :-( and I appreciate your help! Thanks
I am 6 weeks post op on my breast reduction. I still have not had my first menstrual cycle post op and am starting to become concerned. My hormones have been all over the place the last 2 weeks so I keep thinking its right around the corner but I have no other of my normal symptoms. My last cycle ended about 5 days before surgery. Is this normal??
6 weeks post breast reduction and lift. 2 weeks after surgery breakdown started on both breasts and have progressively gotten worse...the left more so than the right. PS said not to worry and to keep applying bacitracin ointment and wear surgical bra. Should I Shower daily to help debride or avoid water? Worried its goimg to get even worse. Thank you for your advice
Ive healed very well, and the scars are good. However, I was an F, I asked for a big reduction, down to a B/C. Im still an E. Hes lifted them without a doubt, but there is still loose skin, and I feel like they are dropping by the day. I specifically said to my surgeon that I wanted them high and firm, and thats not what I feel like Ive got. What can I do? I cant afford to have them done again, but he hasnt done what Ive asked!
