I’ve healed very well, and the scars are good. However, I was an F, I asked for a big reduction, down to a B/C. I’m still an E. He’s lifted them without a doubt, but there is still loose skin, and I feel like they are dropping by the day. I specifically said to my surgeon that I wanted them high and firm, and that’s not what I feel like I’ve got. What can I do? I can’t afford to have them done again, but he hasn’t done what I’ve asked!

Sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your results, mrsanniemcgeown.
It’s only been six weeks since your surgery so there’s still some swelling involved. You may not yet be seeing the final results of your breast reduction with lift.
Give your breasts a few more months to settle down to its final position. If after six months you’re still unhappy with how your breasts look, please ask your reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon about the possibility of getting revision surgery. You may also ask your insurance company for coverage if your breasts are causing you back pain and skin irritation.
