Wound issues such as yours are common after a reduction and they will eventually resolve with wound care and time. The redness on your left side is also 'normal' of not associated with swelling of the skin (indurated?) or spreading redness, increasing pains, change in discharge, and fevers. If you have implants Defcon goes higher because now the persistent wounds would involve the pocket and implants and this requires that you see your surgeon for an exam and confirmation that your implants are safe.
