It all depends on the size of the haematoma. Generally haematomas need to be evacuated in theatre. You are best to post some preop and postop pics to be able to get a more informed opinion.

If it is a lot more swollen than the other side, painful and your surgeon is sure it 's a hematoma, it is usually best to return to surgery to remove the hematoma.  Smaller hematomas can go away on their own but usually aren't painful.  The breast will heal better.  While it's natural to avoid a second surgery, it will expedite your healing and likely optimize you final result.
