Will my hematoma come out on it's own? I had a breast reduction 6 weeks ago. (photos)

doctor said blood is too thick to aspirate . told me to wait it out .. I'm afraid that my breast is going to get deformed.. and will the hematoma come out on its own .. I feel it pretty big like a tangerine right below my nipple and it hurts..
