Revision for one breast being smaller than the other after reduction? (Photo)

Question

I am 6 weeks post op and I have one of my breast that are smaller than the other. I have let my PS know of this and they advised me to wait until 3 months then we can talk about revisions. I prefer the bigger breast than the smaller one. What you advise to be done in this case? Implants? Fat transfer? I do not want lipo from the bigger side as I like that size much more than the smaller one. What causes the breast to be asymmetrical?

You are early in the healing process. You should wait a few months for the for everything to settle.  If you are still unhappy at that point you can discuss revision. Continue to follow your post operative instructions and reach out to your surgeon with any concerns. Best wishes!

Few questions/comments: 1. Where your breasts asymmetrical or uneven before surgery? 2. Must post nude photos to demonstrate the degree of asymmetry. 3. Best to seek in person second opinions from only private practice boarded Plastic Surgeons in Miami. 4. Was your surgery covered by health insurance?
