Full vs. Mini Tummy tuck Hi. I had lost weight in the past and was left with small pouch of loose skin and fat around my belly area. I had undergone 10+ radiofrequency skin tightening sessions with minimal results. Am I a good candidate for tummy tuck and if so, would mini-tummy tuck suffice in order to flatten my stomach area and remove the pouch? Many thanks.
I am 37 years old and had 2 children 18 months apart. My youngest is now 5 years old. I just completed a year of training with a personal trainer 3 times a week, but did not lose any of my belly fat below my belly button; it almost seems worse than when I first had my children. I also did not lose any weight but gained muscle and lost body fat. My legs, hips, and arms are a couple of inches smaller, but my belly seems bigger than ever and is the same size. I'm considering whatever it will take to get rid of this pouch of fat - or loose skin. I'm not sure what it is, but it's gotta go!
Age 56, healthy female, 16 months post-up tummy tuck procedure. Experiencing pouching below belly button that was not there prior. It is firm and not squishy like fat. Trying to determine the underlying cause to have it addressed. Surgeon said it is fat. Recd 48 injections mesotherapy which did very little. Can't find a doctor that will weigh in to provide a clue as to what has caused this or recommend how to solve it. I look worse than before.....
Hello Network Im contemplating on if I should have a TT or Lipo 360? Im not a Huge fan of the scars that TTs leave, but Im wanting the best possible option as I am really over This Little Mommy Pouch, Back Fat, and Love Handles. My current weight is 176 and my height is 55
I have 20lbs more to go. My lower tummy pouch really bothers me. I dont know if EmSculpt, Lipo 360, BodyTite or a tummy tuck is best for me. I work out with a trainer and do barre, but still have this skin sack of fat and loose skin. I am interested in effectiveness but also cost/scarring. I just want my stomach flat and the pooch gone. What is best for me?
I had a MMO 6 months ago, and got a second intervention 3 days after to remove a hematoma that formed on the right size of my abdomen under my belly button. I got umbilical float tt. I did not have much skin and my wrinkles were pretty much around the belly button. I still have a pouch on my lower abdomen and sometimes looks like 2 pouches (lower and upper) What could it be? Dr says still inflammation. I used to look flatter before TT. I am adding before and after pics. Please help.
Ok, so I had a 2 step j-pouch surgery 2.5 years ago. I'm completely healed from that. The surgery was mostly laparoscopic but they did end up needing to switch to open, which left me with a c-section type scar. I have the old ostomy site scar an the c-section looking one. Sent pics of my abdomen to the surgeons office and they are telling me they would like me to have a CT scan before the consult? Does this sound normal?
My concern is a protruding hard pouch I have has since week 2 post tummy tuck. It goes from below the belly button to the mons pubis. I have raised with my PS. He is not concerned yet. They have sent me a second 4 panel binder to put on over my original compression body suit. This helps flatten but it comes back. The 1st two images were taken first thing in the morning and last one was after a full day of wearing my new binder. What is wrong and why am I not flat yet? Should I be worried?
Have had UC for 15 yrs. Stable at the moment. Would like TT after 2 babies. Hesitant bc I worry a possible J pouch surgery in the future would ruin new abdomen. I know this is prob a question for colon surgeon but does anybody know if a laparoscopic j pouch surgery (non emergent) would cut through/ruin diastasis recti repair? I know there would be scars on the belly but Im more concerned about having the abs cut through! No current plans for surgery. Im healthy. Just thinking ahead.
Surgery 6 years ago for cancer removal. I have a scar that goes from lower sternum to pubis. It causes what I call a sass (ass on my stomach) I also have developed a small overhang. No matter how much weight I lose or sit-ups I do, it does not go away. Im done trying to work it off. I am 50 and have decided it is what it is. I work as a nurse and very active. I just dont want to wear my pants above or below the pouch and maybe...a bikini?
