Hello Network I’m contemplating on if I should have a TT or Lipo 360? I’m not a Huge fan of the scars that TT’s leave, but I’m wanting the best possible option as I am really over This Little Mommy Pouch, Back Fat, and Love Handles. My current weight is 176 and my height is 5”5

Answer: Tummy tuck vs lipo Thank you for your question. Looking at your photos I would suggest a tummy tuck. This will allow your Surgeon to tighten up your abdominal wall muscles and remove the extra skin. At the same time some Surgeons will do some bra roll/ flank liposuction. I would suggest seeing a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in person to evaluate you and discuss your options. Best of luck to you.

Thanks for the question. you should get good results from a full tummy tuck with 360 degree liposuction. an extended tummy tuck will end up giving you longer scar without much benefit . the liposuction to flank and love handle areas and lower back should give a nice curve while full tummy tuck with muscle repair will address front of the tummy.
