Very happy with my outcomes. I've had 6 SkinPen treatments. About 1 week after each treatment I would also have a Hydrafacial. I'm very happy with my results. The texture of my skin has definitely improved. My downtime was typically a couple of days. I plan to follow up after the summer for an IPL treatment.
Yes! Skinpen is a good option for a skin concern like this. It helps a lot to get rid of scarring and hyperpigmentation. But, it usually takes a couple of sessions. We typically rec. 3 sessions every 4-6 weeks apart. After you are done with the 3 sessions you can also do a chemical peel to help lift up any residual discoloration.
+3 answersI'm sorry to hear you did not have improvement from your SkinPen treatments. You may be a better candidate for laser resurfacting. This is a more intense way to treat acne scars, but should give you noticeable results. We also encourage you to use medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wear sunscreen every day.
