Skin Pen Worked Amazingly!!!
Skin Pen was a scary thought to me to go through.
Just the thought of needles puncturing my skin to make it bleed, did not sound fun. But I opted to endure the procedure, in order to build collegian from beneath the surface. Boy is this procedure worth every penny. I am a soon to be 60 year old who wants to age more naturally. I really don’t want to do any fillers to plump up my skin to hide wrinkles. Eventually, after doing fillers, the people I have seen’s face starts to look bumpy and uneven.
The fillers give an unnatural look that looks like your face is in a frozen state. I personally, would rather have some wrinkles, but have more youthful looking skin.
My treatment only took about an hour from start to finish.
It really was not too uncomfortable to me. My. Aesthetician was super about putting plenty of numbing cream on my face and letting it sink in for 30 minutes before she started my first session.
She started out on my forehead, and gradually worked her way around my face. I would say it took her about 25 minutes to complete the skin pen around my face. Then I was finished and she put some healing cream on me.
I was told I could not touch my face or wash it for 24 hours. After 24 hours, I was to use cotton balls with distilled water to wash my face. Then I was to put more of my healing cream in.
I healed in three days max. I did not leave the house.
I was very pleased with my procedure, and bought two more Skin Pen sessions for $1000..
I spread out my sessions to be about 3 months apart.
My last session was last week August 10, 2019. In 3 days max I was healed.
I am completely satisfied with my results.
My pours are small, Skin is smooth and tighter, my wrinkles are lessened, and my eyes are lifted.
I realize that over time we continue to age and I will probably do 1-2 skin pens a year maybe less. I just have to see how my skin ages.

Microneedling gets ?????????? 5 Stars from 58 year old!
I would highly recommend Microneedling if you are trying to stay away from fillers. I wanted to age more naturally by building collagen from the inside out. So I have chosen to do different types of laser procedures in the last 10 years.
By far.... Microneediing has shown me the fastest results after only two treatments on a two month time frame.
They recommend three treatments and I still have one more treatment to go. I am a happy camper.
I live in Texas , and if course you hear they do everything bigger in Texas... right? I see more women walking around with unnatural plumped- up lips as well as larger-than- life high cheek bones. Plus, I also see a lot of the women with their eyes lifted so high that you can barely tell if they are smiling or even have any expression lines at all.
I personally want to show expressions. So that’s why I have chosen to use lasers instead of fillers or surgery , of trying do the trick to hold back the hands of time.
Of course, we all know looking young can’t last forever , but why not build collagen from the inside out to try and hold back the lines a little longer.
I am absolutely shocked at my. Results after only two months from doing two treatments of micro-needling... and it’s still working..
if I stopped right now and did not do anything else, I would be satisfied with my results.
But let me just say that your technician can make or break you on this.
I would want my technician to be board certified by the American Dermotology Association .

Microneedling for 58 Year Old Caucasian American Woman Has Transformed my Face in 2 Treatments ,
Let me start by saying, I was scared to death to try this treatment. I had to be talked into it. After I had several colleges do the treatments, and show dramatic results after their first treatment, I was convicted I had to do more microneedling. I did not want to do Botox, or restalyne and be unnatural. For myself, I have wanted to keep up my skin by doing different types of laser treatments. Since I have been in my late 40’s., I have managed to keep up with most of the fine lines and wrinkles by doing laser treatments and staying out of the sun. I also use my daily pure serums and moisturizers with vitamins in them..
Let me say after my first session of microneedling, I was scared not because it hurt that badly, but because I Felt like I had been stung by 15 bees and my face was bleeding. But, my technician said I was unusually because I was a bleeder.
The session lasted only about 30 minutes. It only really hurt on the forehead area where the skin is the thinnest. The only way I can describe the feeling is, it feels like a bee sting.The other areas of my face was not painful at all.
I was not allowed to touch my face for 24 hours. Then I was to wash my face with distilled water after 24 hours. The next two days solid around the clock I stayed in and kept putting a special miracle cream she gave me called “ Stratacel Wound dressing cream” in the green/white color tube. This cream is the only cream I would ever use on my face. It is a totally amazing cream. My face scabs went totally away and cleared up within three days after my first procedure. The cream is expensive like $60, but you need it to heal quickly. My technician had the cream and I purchased it from her, but your technician may not have it and you could order it online before your procedure , because you won’t find it in your local drug store or pharmacy.
You have to wait one month in between each microneedling procedure. I had my 2nd procedure and so my technician went a little stronger on the areas around my forehead where I had some deeper lines. She also went a little deeper around my smile lines. I was ok with her doing it a little deeper because I wanted the best results for the money. It took me about 5 days total to be completely free of any trace of scabs from the 2nd treatment and all I can say is OMG. My face looks 10 years younger. I am hooked and I still have my 3rd treatment to go.
I am a true believer of microneedling for American skin.
The reason I am stressing my Ethnicity is because my technician said it can make a difference on your out come of your results. She said certain Ethnicities do not do as well as others and that she had to be careful. So my background is from England, Whales, Northwestern Europe, Norway & Sweden.
