Kenolog injections, Vbeam, and Pico Laser for a keloid scars. What else can I do to treat them? (Photo)

Question

I got lipo 360 2 years ago & developed keloid scars after surgery. Im doing kenolog injections, vbeam, & pico laser. Also putting on silicone tape throughout the week. Laser & injections are 6 weeks apart. Im not seeing results & have been doing injections for 1 year, lasers for 6 months. What else can i do to treat my keloids?
