Fractional laser or Vbeam - which procedure would reduce redness from previous scar removal treatment on my nose? (photos)

Since i had Laser treatment Long time ago for a Scar i have some Redness / darkness on my nose and i want to know if its better to use a fractional Laser or something Like vbeam for that. Thanks !

Is it safe to get VBeam while I am on Doxycycline?

Doxycycline photosensitivity reactions occur at wavelengths that are filtered by the intense pulsed light and the range of problematic wavelengths (350- 410 nm) are well short of the 595 nm wavelength of the Vbeam So you should not have a problem with either of these devices.
