Subcision and TCA cross are also used for deep ice pick scars and narrow valley scars in order to improve the micro texture. Hi! Dr Peterson here - thanks for sharing your question. What you’re describing sounds less like a blister scar and more like persistent redness from broken blood vessels that can sometimes follow Vbeam. Three years is a long time, so it’s unlikely to fade much on its own at this point. In situations like this, sometimes a different vascular laser or even a fractional resurfacing laser can help blend the area better. The key is seeing someone with a lot of experience in treating scars and vascular issues on the nose since the skin there is delicate. I wouldn’t write off lasers completely, but it’s worth a consultation with a board-certified dermatologist to make sure you get the safest and most effective option.
