Vbeam or fraxel laser for skin? (Rosacea, acne, post acne erythema) (Photos)

I am 35. I got rosacea really bad when i was 30. I always had acne since 14. However, i just keep getting adult acne on chin and low cheeks. Never anywhere else. I have scarring from previous acne and rosacea redness and scarring that i want removed. I heard vbeam is good to remove rosacea redness and flushing. I control my diet and wear sunscreen and avoid triggers. I have been using snail mucin, azelsaic acid bid, moisturizer, and sunscreen qd for now and have noticed my skin is less dry and balanced, but i keep getting acne and occasional flushing, redness. I want to get my skin back to being youthful and clear again. What is your recommendation? Thank you!
