I had vaser liposuction 7 days ago on my upper/lower abs and flanks- and due to return to my office job tomorrow- day 8. The doc prescribed i wear 3 garments: a compression suit (like a singlet with legs), an elastic binder and a foam vest with a board in the front. None of my clothing actually fits over the foam vest.. so I'm wondering if there woudl be issues not wearing the foam vest for the hours i'm at work. Don't want to ruin my results
After Vaser Liposuction on your stomach and flanks, is there a reason the Dr would have you wear a bodysuit compression garment rather than something like a back brace type belt? The brace would give more adjustability for tightness and also covers the same areas covered in surgery. Seems like a better choice, especially because you dont have to put pants over it and it doesnt interfere with going to the bathroom at all.
I am having arm vaser lipo in 2 weeks, the supplier my surgeon recommended does not have the item in stock and will not be able to deliver in time for my surgery. Are there any arm compression garments you can recommend from perhaps Amazon, or any other supplier? Thank you in advance!
I used to workout 5 days a week at Orangetheory fitness. I havent been since my vaser procedure (3 weeks ago). I want to get back to my workout routine but Im not sure how. My doctor wants me to wear the foams for another week or so, obviously Im still wearing my garment. Should I workout with the foam and garment on? Will I mess anything up if I go back I my workout routine to soon?
I had a TT done with Vaser 360. Back/Flanks and apparently some abdominal etching of abs I was not expecting. My issue is that I have a seroma in my lower back right above my butt crack. Seroma formed after drain was removed. I had so much fluid aspirated the first time. I have since been going in almost daily for aspiration. Today I had about 35ml removed. I am wearing a compression garment with padding inside, a compression belt AND a pelvic belt. What else can be done?
Hello, I will be getting vaser lipo 360 soon. After doing some research I notice that foam/board and massages are recommended for faster smoother results. However, my surgeon only recommends to wear the postoperative compression garment. Now I'm nervous that I won't get the best results. Should I be worried? Are there other surgeons that have the same postop recommendation as my surgeon regarding the garment only?
Had Vaser lipo on my flanks and back 1 month ago. doctor told me I could stop wearing my compression garment. same day I stopped wearing it, I noticed pain, stiffness and tightness increasing. I also look more swollen. my waist was starting to look tiny. since I stopped wearing the garment, my waist looks wider.. is tightness, stiffness and pain still normal 1 month post op? Did some of the swelling return? Or was the garment making my waist appear smaller much like a waist trainer would?
I am four days post op after having Vaser on my abdomen, flanks and back. I have a very structured and thick foam garment on with a Spanx like garment on top. The foam garment is extremely restrictive limiting how much I can move and eat. I was hoping to take this off and just wear my Spanx like garment one week after post op. Is this recommended? Would removing the foam garment be detrimental to my recovery/results at all?
Does this look infected ? I had my lipo almost two weeks ago and feel great. Not really any pain just sore a little . Had outer thighs done and back. Very little fat removed maybe a pound? I stated working out two days after I felt fine. My dr cleared me to work out. Wearing compression garment still.
Hello Drs! I had a Vaser Lipo suction about three months ago. I still have some hard lumpy areas that concern me. I wore my compression garment for a month as instructed by my surgeon. He told me that wearing it any longer would not make much of a difference in my results so I stopped wearing it. Is this true? When will the lumpiness go away? Do you think its too late for me to start wearing a compression garment again to try to smooth things out?
