Foam Garment after Vaser Lipo Is this recommended? Would removing the foam garment be detrimental to my recovery/results at all?

I am four days post op after having Vaser on my abdomen, flanks and back. I have a very structured and thick foam garment on with a Spanx like garment on top. The foam garment is extremely restrictive limiting how much I can move and eat. I was hoping to take this off and just wear my Spanx like garment one week after post op. Is this recommended? Would removing the foam garment be detrimental to my recovery/results at all?
