It's day 2. I feel like my face is now slightly fuller, round, and I have two hard swollen bumps in my neck area. I've been reading all of the reviews on here (good and bad) and am feeling nervous. Now, that I am seeing how others have had bad experiences, I am concerned. I am suppose to go back and get the last treatment this Saturday, and I am considering canceling. If I don't follow through with the second treatment, will that effect my over all results, look or make things worse?
I had Ultherapy on my chin and neck area on Monday. When I got home last night and removed my makeup I felt horrible bumps much like cystic acne all over my cheeks and neckline. Is that what people are referring to as welts? My skin was better at 14 WHEN I HAD HORRIBLE ACNE than it is right now. I'm flipping out about this because I'm assuming that the ultherapy triggered a recurrence of my cystic acne and I'm 42.
I received ultherapy and also experienced ripple effect on one side and hard bumps on the other. She told me to apply heat, not cold. Will these side effects affect the outcome? I was not told to be still and we conversed and laughed throughout the treatment. It's been 2 days and has gotten a little better. Thanks!
I had ultherapy done about 6 weeks ago. The doctor did half of my face and then told the nurse to take over. The half the nurse did swelled massively the next day and red welts appeared which stubbornly refused to go away. I got acne bumps on the welts as well so the doctor prescribed me Isotretinoin 10mg for 1 mth and it finally dried up but now I have a depressed scar that extends from the side of my nose to the lip where the skin is thin. Will this go away? Can nurse perform ultherapy?
Dr. did Voluma in June and urged me to get ultherapy in Oct. right before treatment, she said it would melt filler. melted most of it, but not all and then there were weird bumps and planes under eyes. bought more filler to compensate. didn't work. 3 sessions of trying to remove all filler. almost gone except 3 hard nodules of filler in both eyes that is visible, extra lines under eyes and bags that weren't there. Spent 8K and still need to fix it.
Hi, I had Ultherapy 3 months ago. About two weeks post treatment, the swelling turned hard and now the area of my jaw and masseter muscle is hard and there are two bumps on the right side that were not there prior to the treatment. My doctor said it is not a hematoma and asked iI clench which I do not clench or grind my teeth. She offered Botox but I dont necessarily want a slimmer jawline, I just want to bumps to go away. Do I need more time to heal from Ultherapy? And why the Bumps?
