Tummy Tuck + Endometriosis Q&A

I'm contemplating a tummy tuck, I've had 2 c-sections and also surgery to remove a part of uterine tissue that was stitched in my c-section scar that would inflame during my monthly due to my endometriosis. It's all fixed now. I'm concerned if it's possible to get my previous scar lowered and flatten out my midsection and under boob flab. My groin region is flat then when it hits my scar it starts bulging all over the place. Underwear doesn't sit nicely without having an unflattering bulge.  

I have endometriosis in my c-section scar but nowhere else. How long should I wait after having lump removed (3-5 stitches) before I can have an extended tummy tuck with lipo?

I (woman, 54 years old, mother of twins, 52 140 lbs) am ready to have an abdominoplasty. I have a history of DVT, severe endometriosis which resulted in hysterectomy, and take estrogen. What questions should I ask in a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon? What steps can I take, now, to prepare for a best outcome? What recommendations would you make to a loved one with my medical history, who is preparing to undertake abdominoplasty?

Hypothyroid since age 12 (i am now hyperthyroid as of recent). mom was given i131 & treated with propuriacil when preg with me. Had a large kidney stone lodged in ureter at age 19 (ureteroscopy and laser). Endometriosis (laperoscopy). Got pregnant right away, had my daughter in sept 2013. Got a rectovaginal fistula from childbirth, so that was my third surgery. I have ADHD,Heart murmur (leaky valves), TMJ, scoliosis, Aura migraines from hormones or if I bonk my head.
