Question

I'm contemplating a tummy tuck, I've had 2 c-sections and also surgery to remove a part of uterine tissue that was stitched in my c-section scar that would inflame during my monthly due to my endometriosis. It's all fixed now. I'm concerned if it's possible to get my previous scar lowered and flatten out my midsection and under boob flab. My groin region is flat then when it hits my scar it starts bulging all over the place. Underwear doesn't sit nicely without having an unflattering bulge.

From the submitted photos it appears you are a candidate for a tummy tuck.  This would remove excess fat and skin and correct any abdominal wall laxity.  Your c section scar would be removed as part of the procedure.  The result would be a flatter, tighter tummy.  The next step is to visit a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.

Your tummy is nearly perfect and is certainly not in need for a full tummy tuck 
If you already have a c section scar that needs adjustment or revision, I think an ideal procedure would be a mini tummy tuck with liposuction. A mini tummy tuck does not extend the original c section scar that much and will very nicely address all your concerns

Please note, you have hardly any skin laxity so skin excision would not be necessary,

the area around your bra area can also be addressed in conjunction with a liposuction based procedure

You could get good results with just liposuction of your abdomen and flanks, but will get a flatter abdomen with a tummy tuck to help tighten the abdominal muscles.

Thank you for the pictures. It looks like you are a better candidate for liposuction than a TT. From the pictures, it looks like you have no hanging skin and only minimal subcutaneous fat. Liposuction can be a great improvement with minimal downtime.

In My opinion, you don't need a full tummy tuck. The best option for you is Vaser Liposuction for under boob flap and you midsection along with J plasma and a mini tummy tuck to lower the scar and flatten the excess skin.
