I have spoken to my surgeon and want to see what other surgeons suggest. I have endometriosis on my muscle wall and want it removed during my tummy tuck. It causes me a great deal of pain and bloating can this be done

Hi, OCM, thank you for your question. From the photo, the central zone of your skin looks lighter color than the rest of the skin (may be because of the light reflections). Protect from the sun, if it doesn't go at the end of two years, then laser treatment can be done for skin tonal equalization.
