And please elaborate on skin elasticity? Im 24, 51, 170lbs, and had 2 children. I went in for my first ever plastic surgery consultation requesting tummy tuck with lipo. I was told I didnt have enough skin for a tummy tuck, which I dont understand. He talked about my skin elasticity, fat thickness, and liposuction being better for me than a tummy tuck. I was surprised by his recommendation because my stretch marks and cellulite post pregnancy make me feel like my skin isnt elastic?
No kids or plan to in future. 55, currently 186lbs. HW was 222lbs in Oct 2017. I have been fluctuating. May 2018 I was 180lbs then up to 200lbs from then & lost weight in Nov 2018. I ideally want to be 130-150lbs considering my height. I have seem to hit a plateau. I want a breast lift/aug, lipo 360, lipo on chin, arms, & thighs, a bbl + tummy tuck. Am I a good candidate for a TT? I want a flat stomach. Will excessive lipo give me that? Will my skin bounce back or would I have excess skin?
Im 51 yes old, 59 and 185#s. I had a sleeve done 3 years ago and a revision to bypass 8 months ago. My initial weight was 292 and a goal weight of 165-170. I desperately need to have the skin removed that is hanging. It hinders exercise, movement in general, and I am constantly fighting yeast rashes below my panni. I am not sure what surgery would help me the most. At my age I am not concerned about what I look like naked but this hinders wearing normal clothing even. What do you suggest?
I am 30, 56 and weigh 187. I recently lost 125 pounds w gastric sleeve and looking to get a TT, back lift, and breast lift with augmentation. I have a pretty challenging case because I have a roll of fat in my upper abdomen. I have seen 3 surgeons. to avoid an FDL, 2 said they can do an extended TT and a reverse TT in stages. 1 said he could do it one TT and is comfortable with lipo near the rib cage. noting the upper abdomen roll, which approach is best & would give a flat upper belly?
Ive lost about 200 pounds so far and my weight loss has seemed to level out. When I move my stomach, I can stretch the skin and move it around, but it seems to be thick compared to other people who have loose skin on their abdomen. Im currently 178 pounds at 58. Ive been taking Semaglutide for weight loss as well as intermittent fasting and going to the gym 5x a week. Do I still have significant fat that I can lose or is it skin? Can I get good results without a FDL based on my body?
