I'm 18 and my breasts look like this. They are saggy and very wide-set. I don't know what caused this since none of my relatives have this breast shape. Anyway, I want to fix them without breast implants. By fixing them, I mean I want them to look lifted, rounded, and closer together. Also, my right breast is obviously smaller than my left one. Is there a way to even them out without implants? You can see how lifted I want them to be in the picture where I'm lifting them with my hands.

At 18 your breasts can certainly be improved without implants. A lift reshapes and elevates the tissue, symmetry can be achieved by adjusting the larger breast to match the smaller one, and during the operation the breasts can also be brought somewhat closer to the midline. One honest point though, the firm, very round and full look in the upper part of the cleavage cannot be created without an implant, because your own breast is soft fat and gland tissue and it will not hold that shape on its own. So if your goal is a very full rounded upper pole, an implant is needed, but if a naturally lifted shape is enough for you, surgery without implants is a good option.

It appears that your breast are narrow based breasts, one of the many varieties of tubular breasts. Breast reduction of larger breast and lift of the smaller would give you symmetry and a size of smaller breast. I hope this helps. Good luck.

Your breasts are not tuberous they are just asymmetrical. You do not need implants but do need a breast lift. I recommend a breast lift using the Bellesoma. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be performed if additional volume is desired.
