Is it possible to reduce the size of certain features on long bones?

Aerith_Rose
I’m wondering if it would be possible to reduce the size of certain bone features, perhaps with near-constant pressure, or with surgical intervention. The features I have in mind are the heads of the phalanges (regarding width) and the ulnar head (the bump on the medial wrist). I would like to reduce the size of these by only a few millimeters, and I’m wondering if there is any possible way to achieve this, even hypothetically, even if there are no current procedures with this aim. Thank you!
