My ribcage is one of my least favorite parts about my body, is there anyway to make it smaller?

While the lower end of the ribcage can be reduced for waistline reduction (ribs 10, 11 and 12), I don't believe based on your picture that is the ribcage area to which you are referring. It appears you likely referring to higher ribs at the level of 7, 8 and 9 which can not be reduced due to the position of the lung right underneath them and the support needed to maintain lung expansion. It will help to have breast implants which may defocus your concern on that body area and provide a simpler form of an effective body shape change.
