Hi I ask this same question a while and like said I transgender female and I have always had this dream of getting my belly to look like wondering if is possible make ground belly like I was pregnant but with out being pregnant. I know I maybe sound weird like I have said before.

Most individuals with a genetic ex-wife competition tend to have a proportionately higher percentage of visceral fat. Send those with an XX genetic make up. Individuals who carry a high percentage of their fat as intra-abdominal or visceral fat, will get a bulging abdomen from being obese. This is unhealthy and is correlated with metabolic syndrome, cornea, or disease, diabetes, and hypertension.
I recommend having a serious conversation with your primary care physician and consider evaluation with psychiatrist. If you have not already done so. Purposely gaining weight to increase visceral fat is in errantly unhealthy and you are emotional desires need to be balanced and weighed against physiological reality.
