I had Smart Lipo done last week on my banana rolls, lower abdomen and saddle bags. I had very little fat to remove, it was mostly done for sculpting specific fat pockets. It's been a week and my thighs are covered in black and blue bruises and are sore, my banana roll area is so sore and tender that I can't sit for too long without having to get up and walk it off, and my abdomen feels numb to the touch and is a little sore and very swollen. When does the bruising and pain go away??
Hi its my 4th day after Smart Lipo, I had it on my lower abs higher abs lower back and higher back. My back is still very painful and sore and my stomach I can barely touch, I can feel the pulling of the stiches in the right hand side may my hips and ribs. Is this normal?
I wear my compression garment almost 24/7 and am over six weeks post procedure. I really don't feel comfortable without it for longer than an hour or two. Is this normal? I continue with soreness which I understand is normal.
I had smart lipo on 3/17, almost 2 weeks ago. I didn't have a huge amount removed. So far I think I'm healing nicely, still sore and swell more as the day goes on. My surgeon said to wear the compression or spanx 24/7 until I see him again (4 wks p/o).Does it make a difference if I wear a compression garment (Marena) and Spanx (full body) and pretty snug at night? I tend to swell a lot by the end of the day so the garment gets uncomfortable. Will wearing 2 different ones matter?
The foam pads under my cg are rough... I feel like if they're not in the right place they cause uneven swelling on my thighs, and the skin under them is super raw. My ps says I need them 2 weeks, but I know they don't make everyone wear them. Also- the pain meds make me nauseous so I don't take much and I'm super sore- when can I take Ibuprofen or Aleve?
