6 days post op Smart lipo to thighs and flanks- do I need the foam pads? When can I take ibuprofen?

The foam pads under my cg are rough... I feel like if they're not in the right place they cause uneven swelling on my thighs, and the skin under them is super raw. My ps says I need them 2 weeks, but I know they don't make everyone wear them. Also- the pain meds make me nauseous so I don't take much and I'm super sore- when can I take Ibuprofen or Aleve?

Thank you for posting your pictures and submitting your question. I do not see a before picture to compare, but, even at 10 weeks after liposuction , there will be swelling.  Final results take 6-12 months.  External Ultrasound and lymphatic massage will help the swelling...
