I'm sorry to keep reposting, hoping better photos may help! I appreciate all the insight I've received on the prior posts! Hoping this photo is clearer that after a peel and then (accidental) extreme over-exfoliation, the amount of skin on my nasal tip has been reduced (9 months have elapsed) and it still appears buffed. I'm looking to regain the original thickness but know that what occurred was superficial, so it must simply be an external matter? Any solutions are appreciated and thanks again to all the doctors for their previous replies!

I had rhinoplasty a year ago, my nose started to peel off immediately after my cast was removed and it's still peeling off. I tried peelings, pore strips(I was desperate), moisturizers... Is this something that I should be worried about or would it be better with time? Thanks!
I had gore-tex implanted on the bridge of my nose about a month ago. My skin is been peeling and itchy. My bridge is red as you can see. I dont feel any pain or tenderness on the area. Is it just sensitive new skin or is it an infection?
I had a rhinoplasty before two weeks, I feel fine no pain at all, but i had skin arritation near my nose tip and on the side. I started to use vaseline it helped, but it is really safe? And if its normal that the skin on my nose start to peel after the surgery? Thank you.
My next appointment with my doctor isn't for a little while so I can't ask him for now. I had rhinoplasty on April 12 and I removed my taping today and there are a lot of pimples on my nose. I believe that the skin on my nose is oily and not dry at all. So can I use Benzoyl Peroxide? It gets rid of acne by peeling the skin. Is it safe to use it? If not, what should I do for the acne?
It's day 4 after my rhinoplasty and my tape is hanging by a thread at this point. I have oily skin so it almost immediately started to peel. It really didn't seem like a concern to me, as I figured the tape was simply a measure to reduce swelling. But my rhinoplasty was to raise the tip, so I began to worry that maybe the tape was helping mold or hold the raised tip. Well the tape is all but supporting now and almost off, and since it's Saturday my surgeons office is closed. What should I do?
Can glycolic acid, Retin-A or chemical peel reduce the appearance of open rhinoplasty scar? Do you think that if I will use these products on my scar I will cause some damage to this area? I had my rhinoplasty more than a year ago. Is there any surgical solution for my very visible open rhinoplasty scar? (I suffer from breathing problems and I need revision anyway). Thanks in advance
I got the bump removed off my nose 3 years ago, the doctor was unable to remove my cast that day so they sent in a nurse. I remember her peeling the cast for left to right off my face and the pain was so bad water was rolling from my eyes. The tip on my nose isn't straight and the tip pokes out way further than my bridge and I feel like I have a witch nose now. Would the way the nurse removed my cast cause this or did I just have a botched surgery. This surgeon was the best in my area.
I had my Rhinoplasty a little over a week ago. The skin on my nose has been peeling like I had a sunburn. It really did not bother me so much. But at the tip of one of my nostrils I now have a pointy opening instead of curve because of the skin peeling off. Will it stay like this??
