Rhinoplasty tape quickly peeling off (Day 4 and it's almost off)

Tape can help reduce swelling after rhinoplasty but is not used to "hold up" anything. So I wouldn't worry too much about it coming off. This frequently happens, especially in patients like yourself who have oily skin.
Definitely check in with your surgeon during business hours to see what he/she would like to do - each surgeon has a different approach to taping. But this is not an emergency.

Recovering from rhinoplasty is a healing process. In the first week part of that process involve taking care of your dressings and tape. Mostly, you just have to keep your nose dry. Avoid splashing water, steamy showers and baths. If your cast and tape fall off early, I recommend letting your surgeon know. They may want to put a new cast/tape on your nose. Keeping your follow-up appointments is important, so your surgeon can keep you on track for a safe and happy result. Safety comes first.
