Would a rhinoplasty reduce projection and define my tip?

Hi, It is better for you to consult with your facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and give you opinion based on examination. You can achieve what you want with rhinoplasty. no specific time, do it whenever you are ready.

Your photograph is somewhat limited. You may also benefit from a chin implant to balance the face. Your nose may not be as large as you think. However, your chin appears to small. A rhinoplasty can be done to refine the tip. I would need more photographs to give you a more accurate answer.

I would recommend an open rhinoplasty with dorsal reduction and tip refinement. The procedure takes 1 week recovery and is very safe and reproducible.

You are an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty. Based on the profile view you provided, the recommended adjustments would include lowering the radix and nasal bridge and refining the tip. My advice is to find the best rhinoplasty surgeon as a priority. There are several different ways to do rhinoplasty. You are best off selecting a surgeon you think does the best work

Rhinoplasty can change many aspects of your nose. If you wish to deproject and refine the tip, this can be done readily. The "type" of rhinoplasty used is not so relevant as I could do this 3 different ways, at least, and other sugeons will use their preferred methods
