I wish to get tip plasty as I feel my nose is abit deviated and my tip is too bulbous from the front. I do not wish to make any changes to my side nose as I like my side profile is this possible ? I do not want a slope on the bridge or a barbie nose I just want a subtle change so it looks like my nose just improved
