Hi, after my first operation (18 Months ago) it annoys me too much that nostrils don't look same. that's because alar base reduction was only done on my left nostril. Now how can I have my left nostril large like before? does incising alar base and just suturing it some millimeters farther would enlarge the nostril or would you suggest skin graft from my ear? (would it look natural? is it not risky?) pls help
I am 18 mths post op rhinoplasty. My original goal with was to improve bulbous tip and just a tweak to my nose. It ended up being more drastic than I intended. I felt like my facial harmony was odd, so had a lip lift 6 mths ago. I'm still bothered with my nose. Am I candidate for a revision?
I had a revision Rhinoplasty to get rid of the bumps on my both nose sides but unfortunately, that did not help. I am very disappointed and not able to do a third surgery and it is not guaranteed anyway. The revision was to fix the tip as well (dropped from the first surgery) but it did not go well. I had the revision Oct 2022. First surgery was 10/21 What is the reason that happened to me and why the revision did not fix the issue?
I had revision rhinoplasty 18 months ago. My surgeon used a cadaver cartilage graft, I had a cortisone shot 6 months ago to help with scarr tissue, but everything was healing nicely. 2 months ago I sneezed and a hard piece came out, I thought I was crazy until yesterday I had a snotty nose and another large piece came out. My surgeons first reaction was asking if I do drugs, I do not! Has this happened to anyone else?? Im terrified my nose is going to collapse

I am 1.5 years post revision rhinoplasty that left me with a very unsatisfactory outcome. My nose cartilage is crooked, my columella gone, but the greatest problem is the constant swelling and irritation. I'm very confused at what exactly is happening. I am very thin-skinned, but when I squeeze my nose it makes a squelching sound like it's full of edema. I'm unsure if this is scar-tissue, cartilage, or just edema here 1.5 years post. Thankyou for any thoughts
had a revision rhinoplasty in march 2022 with a rib graft. The tip of my nose became very red this summer and has not gone away. The skin also peels. It also seems to get worse when Im hot. I wear sunscreen and my surgeon said it should go away in time. Is it necrosis or rosacea? Ive also tried bbl laser to help and it hasnt. Some days its worse than others but seems to get more red throughout day. Pictures Im posting are in morning with little redness but gets bright red later
Its been 1.5 years since my septic-rhinoplasty and Ive been waiting for a while now for my top swelling to go down. I understand I have thick skin and it will take a while for my tip to go down especially but it the supra tip is making my tip look big while my bridge is low so it looks weird. But I dont know if this is a c complication or just swelling. I think its swelling or scar tissue because when I press down its pretty squishy still. Its worse when I smile and the tip drops.
I had my nose done in October of 2021, approximately 17 months ago. I do seem to have thick skin, but the nose is now upturned and really bulbous and thick and lacking definition, in my opinion. I would like it to fit my face proportionately and be straight on bottom. Wondering if theres any chance this will resolve on its own or there are obvious issues created from the rhino to be rectified. Thanks so much in advance.
