17 months post op, my nose is upturned, bulbous, thick and lacks definition. Will this resolve on its own? (photos)

I had my nose done in October of 2021, approximately 17 months ago. I do seem to have thick skin, but the nose is now upturned and really bulbous and thick and lacking definition, in my opinion. I would like it to fit my face proportionately and be straight on bottom. Wondering if there’s any chance this will resolve on its own or there are obvious issues created from the rhino to be rectified. Thanks so much in advance.

That said, you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance without an over rotated nasal tip appearance. You do appear to have somewhat thick nasal skin and thick skin is not improved after rhinoplasty surgery. Digital photos rarely tell the whole story, so please consider discussing your concerns with your surgeon or with another reputable rhinoplasty specialist. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
