Hi, after my first operation (18 Months ago) it annoys me too much that nostrils don't look same. that's because alar base reduction was only done on my left nostril. Now how can I have my left nostril "large" like before? does incising alar base and just suturing it some millimeters farther would enlarge the nostril or would you suggest skin graft from my ear? (would it look natural? is it not risky?) pls help
