I am 30 years about 10 years ago I had rhynoplasty done to correct deviated septum plus change the appereance of my nose. Now I have trouble breathing from one of my nostrils and I am not please with the results. I was told by a surgeon online that he could not perform revision rhynoplasty. I hope there is something that can be done.
Ive had a few surgeries to fix major issues with my nose and the last over ten years ago resulted in an infection. Im missing a sliver of cartilage in my tip that really bothers me. I havent touched my nose for over a decade and just live like this due to the fear of touching my nose again. What is the least invasive permanent thing I can do? I still have ear cartilage.
I had rhinoplasty done almost ten years ago, and whilst I love the results overall, I've had two bumps on the left side (my left) of my nose since the start. The one thats kind of on the side of my nostril can be pushed in, and it bounces back up. The one on the tip is a bit firmer, but I wouldnt describe it as hard. Additionally, I think the right side might curve in slightly, but I'm not 100% sure. What are these? Is a full on revision my only option?
I had rhinoplasty done almost ten years ago, and whilst I love the results overall, I've had this bulge on the left side of my nostril since it was done. I brought it up with my surgeon and he said it would continue to soften. It feels like cartilage (I think)... I can push it in, but it bounces back. What is it? Can it be fixed? Could I have done something differently to avoid this?
I had rhinoplasty 10 years ago. Still till today I can't breathe from it, air is real tight to get in through nose, have to sniff a lot to breathe, very unattractive. Sunburn bothers nose a lot, causes a lot of pain. Have to use a neti pot 2 times a day to open up. The tightness causes a lot of dryness inside nose. Has made allergies worse. When breathe normal, breathing is loud. Feel lack of oxygen intake. What can be done, revision, meaning more money out of my pocket possibly wasted.
Looking if its possible to fix the outcome of my initial rhinoplasty. Dont even want to take pictures and i dont want to continue this its already been 10 years. Ive edited some pictures to show some desired outcomes. Would any of this be possible ? Any recommendations? I love my collumella show other than that, I feel I was jipped my first surgery! Thank you !
My nose has been deviated since I was a child. I had rhinoplasty at 17 to straighten my nose and remove the bridge. 11 years later I can still notice the deviation and I would like my nose to be a little smaller. My specialist said I would require cartilage from my ribs to permanently keep my nose straight. This scared me a lot. Is this the best solution ? Or can something else be done?
