I’ve had a few surgeries to fix major issues with my nose and the last over ten years ago resulted in an infection. I’m missing a sliver of cartilage in my tip that really bothers me. I haven’t touched my nose for over a decade and just live like this due to the fear of touching my nose again. What is the least invasive permanent thing I can do? I still have ear cartilage.
