My face sags a lot near my nasolabial fold area. I am worried that fillers would weigh the area down even more and make the sagging worse. Is it possible for me to have a mid face lift of some sort? When I pull my skin up and back, it looks SO much better.
I really hate the nasolabial folds that I've developed, and I'd love to get rid of them. I tried to syringes of filler, using the method of filler the lower cheek to lift the nasolabial folds, but it didn't do much. I've tried microneedling a few times, didn't do anything. I'm 36, take good care of my skin & really don't want a mid-face lift. So what other options are there to tighten that skin & get rid of the folds? PS No threads
Ive noticed a significant deepening of my nasolabial folds and marionette lines. I have attempted to rectify using mid-cheek and temple dermal filler to no avail. Am I a candidate for a Mini Facelift? Im not sure what else to try! Im booked in for Ultraformer, but am not convinced this will have the effect Im after.
I am booked to have an advanced mini facelift (jowls only) at the end of July. I have just had 2ml's Belotero in my marionette and nasolabial lines to tide me over until the surgery. One of the reasons I want to have this surgery is to stop messing about with facial fillers. My questions are; 1. Do I have this dissolved a few weeks prior to my surgery or 2. Do I postpone my surgery until it's worn off? I'm looking for an honest and objective medical opinion please.
Just turned 50 and my hereditary nasolabial fold is becoming prominent or obvious, I don't want to get to drastic full face lift yet as I still look young, just the nasolabial fold which hopefully will help to minimise or get rid of with mini facelift, what do you think doctors shall I just wait? Or go ahead with surgery, and my real question is how long will mini lift last? Thank you
I recently noticed my nasolabial folds are getting more prominent, face more hollow and I dont have prominent cheeks as I used to. I probably need to get some volume back. I was thinking about Sculptra or fat grafting, but I think I would also benefit from some kind of facelift too. So maybe a combination of a facelift and Sculptra maybe ? I know I am still young, but when I pull my face with fingers I see that mini facelift would benefit me
Hello there, I'm a 34yr old and having some major changes happening to my face in the last couple years. The biggest concern I have is my nasolabial folds , then my spots (freckles?) and the lines in my forehead. My skin seems to be thin, stretchy and losing elasticity rapidly. I have agoraphobia and ptsd , this is all making me much worse and depressed. Do I need a mini facelift already or can I get away with fillers & lasers like Halo for a few years? Maybe a trained eye here can
I am now in the consultation phase of my journey to correct jowling , nasolabial lines, and transition between under eye and upper cheek. I am open to a mini lift, a cheek lift via lower blepharoplasty incision, or facial fat transfer and any other appropriate and safe alternative besides fillers. Which would be the procedure that could address my concerns with the least amount of risk for complications and scarring? I am 49 and have already had a lateral brow lift.
I'm bothered by my sagging cheeks, depressions in the eye trough area, lines around the mouth, nasolabial lines and the beginnings of jowls along my jaw line. Due to Hashimoto's, fillers are not a recommended option for me. Which is my best option, a mid- facelift or a mini facelift to address my concerns? I've included photos in various lighting including natural sunlight, and the arrows indicate the areas I specifically want to correct.
