Based on these photos it appears that chin augmentation may significantly help your facial balance. NLF and M lines are best treated with fillers, in our experience. I would suggest a treatment like Secret which is micro-needling with radiofrequency for better tightening. You also can boost yearly as you age to slow down changes.
