I'm 31 & really unhappy with my lower face and how I'm aging. I have dark shadows/marionette lines that I can't get rid of. I've done facial rebalancing w filler in cheeks/jaw, microneedling, & botox in DAO & platysma muscles. I feel like it's just from the way my mouth rests & it pulls down. I would like a mini lift but 1 doctor I consulted with said I wasn't a candidate. He suggested ProfoundRF but also I've heard of PDO threads? Help pls!!
I am a 35 year old female who wants to undergo a mini facelift to tighten my lower face, remove marionette lines & to overall define my jaw line. Is a mini facelift the best option? Are there any other long lasting permanent solutions to get the desired effect that I am going for? Trying to find an amazing plastic surgeon in LA who would be willing to work with me despite my health limitations to make this dream possible
Ive noticed a significant deepening of my nasolabial folds and marionette lines. I have attempted to rectify using mid-cheek and temple dermal filler to no avail. Am I a candidate for a Mini Facelift? Im not sure what else to try! Im booked in for Ultraformer, but am not convinced this will have the effect Im after.
I am booked to have an advanced mini facelift (jowls only) at the end of July. I have just had 2ml's Belotero in my marionette and nasolabial lines to tide me over until the surgery. One of the reasons I want to have this surgery is to stop messing about with facial fillers. My questions are; 1. Do I have this dissolved a few weeks prior to my surgery or 2. Do I postpone my surgery until it's worn off? I'm looking for an honest and objective medical opinion please.
I am a 33 yo woman. I am suddenly experiencing mild sagging on my lower face and marionettes. I had an appointment with a reputable doctor who decided not to use filler on me saying only surgery could correct that. He also advised on some non surgical/minimal surgical skin tightening procedures (Morpheus/Facetite) but I'm so scared of them as I keep reading they can cause fat loss (I am very skinny). Is it too early for a microlift ? I don't know what to do but I'm really obsessing about it.
24yo but always been insecure about my droopy face, specifically the jowls, jawline+ marionette lines. It makes me look younger than my age but also older at the same time if that makes sense? Its been this way since I can remember, 12+ is when I first became insecure about my face shape but could not quite pinpoint what is was.Ive always been a healthy weight (if not too slim through my teens).Face looks better when lifting up skin near ears, jawline. Jaw surgery is expensive+bite is fine.
hiii! okay so due to genetics at the age of 23 im noticing slight jowling and marionette lines and i only see it getting worse to be honest, ive done kybella on my jawline multiple treeatments, facetight, liposuction on double chin but the problem is not on my double chin is more on my corner of my mouth sides of face, would any surgeons actually perform this on me? im actually questioning because i dont want it to get worse i know by 30 its going to look crazy, and i just had my lips dont judge
Hi Doctors! Im 24 and got buccal fat removal. After, Ive noticed my marionette lines are deeper and more prominent. Is there any way to get rid of these lines or Atleast improve the appearance? These lines make me look like Im in my 40s. Would a mini facelift help? Or fat grafting? I cant imagine how theyll look in 5 years since they are so deep now.
I'm happy with my volume but want to firm things up. My under eye bags may require a blepharoplasty but wondering if laser treatment would be enough for those as well. Which treatment is best for firming up the skin. I don't think it's time for a full facelift, possibly a lower facelift to help with my jowls. Just not sure if I should try laser or go ahead with a lower or mini lift. The filler for my jowls make my lower face fuller than I like but it's a tradeoff.
I have uneven cheeks that are definitely more noticeable to me when I smile How do I go about correcting this and making my face more symmetrical without adding filler as I feel like my face is already too round
