I have uneven cheeks that are definitely more noticeable to me when I smile How do I go about correcting this and making my face more symmetrical without adding filler as I feel like my face is already too round

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting,  and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. Hello Ann.  Adding filler to the face does not need to make it look round.  Without the option of filler, it will be difficult to accomplish your goals.  A little bit on the left nasolabial fold and a little in the R cheek should give you a nice result.

​Facial asymmetry is normal in all patients. For areas that are particularly bothersome or noticeable, improvement can be achieved with fillers or botox to raise, lower, or fill areas to match the other side.
